Internship - Process Mining/Design

Responsibilities

• Support the collection and analysis of process data from various corporate systems
• Use process mining tools like Celonis to identify process patterns and deviations
• Assist in creating and optimizing process models and documenting business processes in Signavio
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and improvement potential to stakeholders
• Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and automation
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to advance knowledge in process mining and design

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies related to Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics
• Understanding of business process modeling (BPMN)
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Disco
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
