About the role
Responsibilities
- Observe and participate in individual, family, and group therapy for adults
- Assist with case conceptualization and collaborative treatment planning
- Learn relapse prevention strategies and evidence-based SUD interventions
- Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization approaches
- Engage in admissions, biopsychosocial assessments, and clinical documentation workflows
- Utilize evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, MI, and Trauma-Informed Care
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program
- Field of study in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health fields
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
