The Long Island Rough Riders are one of the region’s premier pre-professional soccer organizations, fielding both men’s and women’s teams that compete at the highest levels of the USL pathway. We are a mission-driven organization committed to growing the game, developing players, and strengthening our soccer community.

Responsibilities

Depending on the internship track selected:

• 4-Month Internship (May-August): Manage the needs of youth soccer players in community campos and youth teams in an operational and administrative role to help in the development of youth soccer players.
• 12-18 Month Internship: Apply academic degree and cross-function in management, operations, and administration to fulfill a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Ability to combine educational degree with a passion for soccer
• Availability for a 4-month or 12-18 month term
• Willingness to work in the New York area
