Internship Mission Quality Maritime

Responsibilities

• Harmonize the quality management system by reviewing existing procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Group Industrial Management System Standards.
• Communicate with various Business Units and sites to identify and implement best practices across the organization.
• Select an appropriate tool for documentary management of the Management System across all Business Units.
• Act as the initial point of contact with the technical team during the deployment of the selected management tool.
• Define and deploy the Quality document management system organization and governance, including access rights and document revision management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or science.
• Previous experience or academic projects related to ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Proactive, self-organized, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
