- Support the reservations and rooms control department
- Act as a brand ambassador reflecting company culture and values
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth department operations
- Deliver extraordinary service to create memorable moments for guests
Requirements
- Enrolled in a school or university
- Ability to provide an internship agreement
- Minimum 6-month internship duration
- Fluency in French/Dutch and English
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive, "Yes, I Can!" attitude
- Eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
