Internship in Payments & Cash team

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of assigned processes and controls in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as internal policies and contracts
• Identify and understand the risks associated with the business and specific functions
• Assist in handling exceptions and inquiries related to payments from client advisors and financial institutions
• Contribute to driving improvements in the overall client experience and service seamlessness

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work within tight time frames
• Ability to think creatively, flexibly, and logically to solve problems
• Fluency in English
• Client service orientation and a high level of risk awareness
• Motivated, self-directed, and adaptable personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with payments
• Knowledge of SWIFT
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian
• An interest in process improvement
