Internship in Customer Planning

Responsibilities

• Provide worldwide commercial customer support as a primary contact for international clients
• Independently process customer orders and inquiries using relevant SAP modules
• Coordinate with internal departments and external interfaces to ensure smooth deliveries
• Contribute to projects in digitalization and process optimization
• Create and continuously improve various reports and KPI evaluations in customer planning

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as a team player
• Structured and diligent working style
• Fluent German and very good English skills
