Internship for Train Operations - F&B

Responsibilities

• Assist in curating and delivering personalized services for luxury guests
• Support coordination of onboard services including fine dining and beverage service
• Contribute to planning train schedules, passenger movements, and resource coordination
• Identify and recommend enhancements to operational processes
• Liaise with hospitality, culinary, maintenance, and sales departments
• Perform administrative duties including report preparation and documentation management
• Adhere to train safety rules and operational procedures
• Participate in special projects related to service development and route planning

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Logistics
• Strong academic record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Malaysian student status required

Preferred Qualifications

• International exposure
• Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French, or German
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
