Responsibilities

Depending on the chosen department, responsibilities may include:

• Hotel and Reception: Guest service, check-in/check-out, and bookings
• Restaurant, Bar, and Café: Serving, events, drinks, and food experiences
• Kitchen: Cooking, prepping, and knowledge of raw ingredients
• Spa & Wellness: Guest interaction, simple treatments, and environmental work
• Housekeeping: Room cleaning, guest comfort, and experience details

Requirements

• Curious, responsible, and eager to develop
• Passion for service and respect for people
• Flexible and able to work both independently and in a team
• Fluent communication in Swedish and/or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program
• Interest in testing the industry for future career choices
