About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively develop and advance global Trainee and PhD Programs (Early Career Talent Programs)
- Support strategic projects related to the further development of talent offerings
- Assist in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of training programs
- Contribute to marketing topics including social media, presentations, and internal communications
- Help plan and implement events, such as the PhD Conference in Munich
- Interact with global stakeholders and work closely with program coordinators
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, social sciences, communication sciences, or a similar field
- Creative mindset with a desire to contribute original ideas
- Structured and independent working style
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in international talent topics and conceptual work
