Internship: Early Career Talent Programs

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and advance global Trainee and PhD Programs (Early Career Talent Programs)
• Support strategic projects related to the further development of talent offerings
• Assist in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of training programs
• Contribute to marketing topics including social media, presentations, and internal communications
• Help plan and implement events, such as the PhD Conference in Munich
• Interact with global stakeholders and work closely with program coordinators

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, social sciences, communication sciences, or a similar field
• Creative mindset with a desire to contribute original ideas
• Structured and independent working style
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Interest in international talent topics and conceptual work
