Internship Corporate Communication

Responsibilities

• Support the Institutional Communication team with content management and event organization
• Collect information from internal stakeholders to promote company growth and development
• Draft texts and content for various communication channels using storytelling and copywriting skills
• Upload content to different CMS platforms and manage digital assets in shared drives
• Assist in video production by coordinating with external partners or using internal tools
• Collect data and maintain reports regarding activity KPIs
• Utilize Generative AI tools to support various communication tasks
• Perform operational and organizational tasks to support the team's daily activities

Requirements

• Degree (including Bachelor's) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Humanities
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to create effective presentations
• Familiarity and curiosity regarding the use of Generative AI
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a proactive attitude
• High level of precision and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of institutional communication practices
• Proficiency in the French language
• Previous internship experience in a similar communication role
