About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring forecasts, stock management, and operational follow-up for client experience tools and gifting
- Contribute to the development and deployment of gifting and client treatment initiatives to elevate the client experience
- Coordinate with various markets, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on regional projects and requests
- Support client satisfaction monitoring and the follow-up of action plans across the Europe region
- Assist in analyzing client feedback, KPIs, and client insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and the boutique experience
Requirements
- Student with a keen interest in the Luxury and Hospitality sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
- Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
