Internship - Business Operations - Program Management

Responsibilities

• Support production readiness and rate increase planning for major Boeing aircraft programs
• Assist with project management across manufacturing, engineering, and operational initiatives
• Help track and implement engineering changes within a complex manufacturing environment
• Contribute to executive-level reporting and business performance analysis
• Support risk, issue, and opportunity management (RIO) and integrated scheduling
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain

Requirements

• Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Commerce
• Completed at least 3 years of study or graduated in 2025
• Available to work full-time onsite in Port Melbourne
• Must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights
