Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries and provide vehicle information
• Schedule appointments and stage vehicles for client arrival
• Conduct vehicle test drives following all rules of the road
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical fashion
• Facilitate vehicle delivery and explain features, warranty, and servicing
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and product knowledge
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes
• Help educate and train new staff members

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience (internet sales preferred)
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision
