Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries providing vehicle information and scheduling appointments
• Conduct vehicle test drives following all rules of the road
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical fashion
• Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining features, warranty, and servicing
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes
• Help educate and train new staff members

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in internet sales
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
