About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead boutique openings and special projects (pop-ups, retail and branding events) by building core logistics models and managing timelines.
  • Define logistical and transport prerequisites based on specific geographic zones.
  • Coordinate with internal Supply Chain teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning) and represent logistics in cross-functional steering committees.
  • Deploy international transport solutions, including large-scale exports and last-mile delivery.
  • Participate in transport tenders, including drafting specifications, analysis, and carrier selection.
  • Orchestrate the rollout of new carriers and destinations, managing documentation, administrative formalities, and SOPs.
  • Optimize existing logistics flows and support the Transport Manager in implementing new import/export processes.
  • Monitor performance through reporting on delivery times and costs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or transport project management.
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business School, or Engineering with a logistics specialization.
  • Fluency in French, English, and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Monday.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working within SAP or WMS environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead change within a team.
