Responsibilities

• Design international tax planning solutions to optimize structures and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Support clients in interpreting and applying international tax laws to reduce risks and improve global tax positions
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A operations to identify potential tax risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in economics, law, or a related field with a focus on international taxation
• Analytical mindset with strong flexibility and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance best practices
• Familiarity with OECD Guidelines and the BEPS Action Plan
