Responsibilities

• Structure legal, financial, credit, and compliance obligations for cross-border activities
• Ensure robust governance frameworks and disciplined risk management
• Monitor internal controls and coordinate audits
• Manage credit exposure and ensure regulatory adherence
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity of financial and administrative processes
• Drive alignment between branches and harmonize procedures
• Manage effective escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues
• Support consistent operational excellence and organizational resilience

Requirements

• Strong background or experience in international trade
• Solid knowledge of compliance-related topics
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
