Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle technical support processes
- Proficiency in closing calls and processing payments
- Ability to join immediately
