  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
  • Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
  • Process payments through various gateways to close calls

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle technical support processes
  • Proficiency in closing calls and processing payments
  • Ability to join immediately
