About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
- Close calls effectively using convincing and sales skills
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
- Proven experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Ability to join immediately
