International Tax Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies regarding both international and national taxation
• Participate in development projects and restructuring operations
• Assist in the preparation of semi-annual and annual group closings, including corporate tax, cash tax, and deferred taxes (ETR / tax proof)
• Support the implementation of the group's transfer pricing policy
• Assist in preparing group tax reporting and analyses related to Pillar 2 and CbCR Public
• Manage national and international reporting to meet tax obligations
• Support the tax team in managing tax audits both in France and abroad
• Monitor French and international tax news and developments
• Utilize digital tools to support tax functions and analyze accounting/tax data

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Tax Law or attending a Business School (specializing in law, finance, audit, or accounting)
• Operational proficiency in English to interact with international stakeholders
• Knowledge of French and international tax rules
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read a P&L and understand financial statements
• Strong sense of autonomy, rigor, and curiosity
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within a corporate tax team or a law firm is appreciated
• Familiarity with legal and tax databases (e.g., Navis, Bofip, TaxNotes)
