International Tax and Transaction Services - Capital Markets Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services for domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including cash management, debt and equity instruments, and derivatives.
• Perform transaction planning, implementation, research, and analysis of complex tax issues.
• Write technical tax memoranda and communicate complex industry concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with professionals across multiple tax disciplines, including international tax, M&A, and partnerships.
• Lead and coach dedicated client service teams, providing performance feedback and professional development.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) in Law.
• US state CPA license or state bar membership.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional tax experience in a professional services or tax organization.
• Exceptional writing and speaking skills for communicating complex concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven record of success in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience with capital markets transactions, including foreign currency, hedging, and derivative transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
