International Talent Acquisition Junior Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for various populations, focusing on Retail and Tech & Pro scopes
• Gather hiring briefs from managers to understand specific recruitment needs
• Post job advertisements and review incoming applications
• Schedule interviews and conduct candidate pre-screening interviews
• Write interview summaries and contribute to new candidate sourcing solutions
• Support the organization and communication of recruitment and team events
• Build strong connections with stakeholders and keep them informed of progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school or university
• Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum C1 level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in recruitment and Human Resources topics
• Proactive, organized, and strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Human Resources
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prior experience in a recruitment role
