International Student Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support and welcome international students to foster their sense of belonging and connection
• Enhance international student academic success through dedicated programs
• Work collaboratively within a values-driven team to support the student journey
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of student services and programs

Requirements

• Relevant administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and online systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Knowledge of or experience supporting international students (event coordination experience highly regarded)
• Current Working with Children Check for Western Australia
• National Police Clearance
