International Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform manual localization testing on software, print documents, help files, and hardware items.
• Report issues using internal tools, providing detailed information and following the solution process to completion.
• Analyze international functionality issues to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with international QA centers, engineering teams, translators, and project managers.
• Design, implement, and organize manual test plans and automated test procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing tools and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (Latin American) and English with full professional competence and linguistic proficiency.
• Knowledge of software localization and internationalization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to represent a Spanish Latin American user in all aspects of software interaction.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Localization Quality Assurance.
• Strong technical expertise and experience as a power user of Apple products.
• Experience with software test automation.
• Real-world software engineering experience or macOS/iOS development (Xcode/Swift).
• Project management experience.
