International Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform manual localization testing on software, print documents, help files, and hardware items.
• Report issues using internal tools, providing detailed information and suggestions to ensure complete resolution.
• Analyze international functionality issues to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with international QA centers, engineering teams, translators, and project managers.
• Design, implement, and organize manual test plans and automated test procedures.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in existing tools and processes.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in Hindi reading, writing, and typing.
• Full professional competence in both Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of software localization and internationalization processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Localization Quality Assurance.
• Strong technical expertise and experience as a power user of Apple products.
• Experience with software test automation.
• Knowledge of macOS/iOS software development (Xcode or Swift).
• Experience with professional software (Pro Apps, multimedia, or productivity tools).
