About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs
- Negotiate sales and lease terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Prepare and manage all sales documentation and contracts in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including areas, developers, pricing, and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
