International Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory.
• Secure new business through cold calling and following up on new leads.
• Negotiate price, cost, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone, email, and digital platforms.
• Travel internationally to visit customers and support food shows and sales-related events.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on late or short-paid invoices.
• Coordinate with Operations and Merchandising to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.
• Develop and execute sales plans, including special projects and new menu ideas to increase sales lines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in international sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
