About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets from new and existing clients without global contracts
- Manage global Key Account target clients by region and industry
- Develop sales strategies and tailored client plans for each account
- Follow up on proposals and conduct client presentations
- Collaborate with local sales teams and global Product Owners
- Coordinate across multiple SGS business lines to drive global Key Account sales
- Support smooth handover of clients and contracts with Global Key Account Managers
- Manage customer expectations and monitor market and competitor trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) business
- Proficiency in English and Korean
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in new business development
- Industry knowledge in FMCG, Automotive, Transportation, Manufacturing, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, or Semiconductors
