International Sales Manager

Everstar is an agency dedicated to helping private defense companies find talented people to support Ukraine's victory. One of our clients specializes in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve combat efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and control all stages of international sales, including commercial proposals, contracts, and international cooperation agreements
• Build and develop partnership relationships with international government and commercial organizations to promote products globally
• Coordinate the preparation for and participate in international tenders
• Conduct negotiations with foreign partners and customers
• Coordinate and approve international partnership agreements for product and technology integration
• Interact with internal legal, technical, and production teams to ensure successful contract implementation

Requirements

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (oral and written)
• 3+ years of experience in international cooperation or international sales within high-tech industries (Miltech, aerospace, mechanical engineering, aviation, etc.)
• Practical experience in concluding and supporting international contracts
• Understanding of export processes for dual-use and military goods is a significant plus
• Experience participating in international tenders is an advantage
