International Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage sales activities for property management and maintenance services
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand international market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and processed in a timely manner
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, property management, and maintenance teams to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the real estate or property management sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
