Responsibilities
- Drive and manage sales activities for property management and maintenance services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand international market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and processed in a timely manner
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, property management, and maintenance teams to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
