International Remote Recruiter BPO

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs
• Post vacancies across diverse international platforms
• Headhunt potential candidates through social media and professional networks
• Screen candidates to ensure they fit required profiles
• Plan and execute preliminary interviews
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Follow up with candidates through the entire process until they are hired

Requirements

• Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through various methods
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
• Specific experience recruiting BPO profiles
• Availability of 20 to 30 hours per week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and resilient attitude
