Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets
• Plan job briefings, create job advertisements, and proactively search for candidates
• Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions
• Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to understand weekly needs
• Support and handhold candidates throughout their entire journey, including after they start their new job
• Identify and develop new sourcing channels to contact potential candidates
• Process candidate requests and provide relevant information

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English (B2 level) both written and verbal
• Knowledge of social media and ability to use it effectively as a recruitment tool
• Willingness to use social media profiles for work purposes
• Understanding of the mentality and culture of European markets
• Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus
• Experience in an international environment or living abroad is a plus
