International Real Estate Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Nationwide Middle East Property Management & Maintenance
• Maintain and enhance sales performance in alignment with company objectives
• Accurately record, analyze, and process sales transactions
• Support internal and external stakeholders with financial and sales-related needs
• Conduct real estate sales by providing clients with strategic options and ideas
• Collaborate with a team of service-oriented professionals to meet client needs

Requirements

• Mandatory European or Chinese passport
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin, French, or Spanish
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• 2 years of real estate sales experience (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the real estate market (preferred)
