International Real Estate Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Nationwide Middle East Property Management & Maintenance
• Maintain and enhance sales performance in alignment with company objectives
• Accurately record, analyze, and process sales transactions
• Support internal and external stakeholders with financial and sales-related needs
• Conduct real estate sales by providing clients with strategic ideas, options, and property solutions
• Collaborate with a team of service-oriented professionals to meet client needs

Requirements

• Ambitious and confident personality with a drive to grow
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build client trust
• Mandatory European or Chinese passport
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in at least one additional language: Mandarin, French, or Spanish
• 2 years of real estate sales experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the local and international real estate market
