International Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to international project teams
• Act as a point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring timely follow-up and proper escalation
• Coordinate and organize team meetings, agendas, and documentation, including presentations and meeting minutes
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and internal systems to ensure data consistency
• Support financial and operational tracking, including data consolidation for reporting and forecasting
• Assist with project processes and workflows to ensure compliance with internal procedures and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations
• Track and monitor project data to identify gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, or administrative support role
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or cross-regional projects
• Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRM systems
• Experience with reporting, data tracking, or financial coordination
