International Programs Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage international mobility processes (outbound and inbound), ensuring compliance with institutional policies and service agreements.
• Administer and track applications, student files, admission letters, and transcripts to ensure correct academic accreditation.
• Coordinate with various campuses and partner institutions regarding placement allocation, admissions, and academic follow-up.
• Provide advisory services to students, campuses, and partner universities, managing administrative and financial clarifications.
• Ensure a high-quality service experience for students, collaborators, and partners during the admission and reintegration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in International Programs, Customer Service, Admissions, or a related field.
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (for data analysis and presentations).
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Intermediate-advanced English level, with a strong emphasis on written communication.
• Ability to work in a team, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
