International Programs Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and advisory services to students interested in international exchange programs before, during, and after their stay abroad.
• Act as the primary communication link between Tecnológico de Monterrey and partner universities to manage the internationalization process.
• Promote international programs through national, regional, and local strategies, including coordinating information sessions and events.
• Maintain direct contact with foreign universities to manage information platforms and track student arrival, stay, and return.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Treasury, Academic Affairs, and Scholarships to ensure efficient registration and payment processes.
• Prepare detailed follow-up reports regarding student assignments and academic accreditation.
• Support students during emergencies that may arise during their international stay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably working with students and parents.
• Strong skills in student recruitment, sales, and objection handling.
• Experience in general administrative office tasks, including filing and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse challenges effectively.
