International Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees, including inspectors, welders, and fabricators
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet global project goals
• Read and analyze blueprints, specifications, work orders, and production schedules to determine requirements
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations across the production floor
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
• Maintain operations data, including time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports
• Recommend or implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
• Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications using standard formulas
• Confer with management and subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 10+ years of industry or management experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Extensive experience with production scheduling and workflow management
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
