International Private Bank Events - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of client events aligned with IPB business priorities and brand standards.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including timeline tracking, venue communication, F&B selection, speaker management, and AV support.
• Coordinate registration and guest services, including RSVP tracking, seating, and onsite check-in.
• Manage event data, reporting, presentation decks, contracts, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
• Research new venues, event formats, and regional trends to enhance client experiences.
• Support event hospitality for approved sponsorships and manage ticketing opportunities with front office partners.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in corporate events.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel locally or internationally as required.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing onsite needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Previous experience within the financial services industry.
