International Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve international payroll programs
• Support business operations by managing payroll processes for a global workforce
• Implement new procedures and manage payroll-related projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and process efficiency

Requirements

• Experience or a strong interest in international payroll
• Proven project management ability and capacity to implement new procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation reimbursement provided)
• COVID-19 vaccination
