International Mobility Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full global mobility lifecycle, including long/short-term assignments, business travel, secondments, and remote working.
• Partner with Regional Delivery Managers, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., EY, Deloitte) for immigration, taxation, and compliance services.
• Oversee mobility and payroll operations, including tax reconciliation, FX adjustments, and one-time payments.
• Ensure strict compliance with global tax, immigration, labor laws, GDPR, and SOX controls.
• Utilize AI, analytics, and automation to optimize mobility processes and implement cloud-based platforms.
• Act as a primary escalation point for mobility issues and provide expert support in governance meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of global mobility experience within a multinational company.
• Deep expertise in international tax, payroll, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex payroll calculations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive automation, digitization, and AI integration in HR processes.
