International Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate global media strategies into locally relevant plans and activations for ANZ
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across Australia and New Zealand
• Manage local media agency relationships, including performance, resourcing, and financial management
• Oversee post-campaign analysis and embed a data-focused test-and-learn approach
• Act as a bridge between Global Media and local marketing teams to align priorities
• Collaborate with the ANZ Commercial team on Retail media activity

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising
• Strong understanding of the media and retail landscape in Australia and New Zealand
• Experience working within global or regional marketing environments
• Proven ability to lead media agencies and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in digital media including programmatic, paid social, and search
• Experience with campaign measurement, analytics, and optimization
• Strong communication and partner management skills

• Experience in entertainment, gaming, or tech industries
• Analytical problem solver capable of turning data into actionable insights

• Experience in culturally-led marketing
