Responsibilities

  • Build the international ERT framework by creating scalable standards, workflows, and readiness criteria for new markets
  • Design localized event-response protocols adapted to country-specific regulations and emergency-services structures
  • Develop global onboarding standards and vendor onboarding strategies, including training guides and documentation
  • Create market-ready playbooks defining escalation paths, communication flows, and incident-handling expectations
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Policy, Safety, and Operations teams to integrate regulatory requirements into ERT processes
  • Deliver structured briefings to leadership regarding launch progress, risks, and market readiness

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, international expansion, public-safety programs, or regulatory readiness
  • Demonstrated ability to scale programs across multiple international markets with complex regulatory landscapes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Legal, Policy, and Safety teams
  • Proven ability to simplify ambiguity through structured processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), 911 dispatch, or live crisis command center
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles or rideshare industries
  • Experience managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners
