Responsibilities

  • Establish a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer
  • Meet and build relationships with key contacts within key account customers
  • Analyze customer needs and respond with tailored solutions
  • Build customer loyalty and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Conduct sales negotiations and manage contract renewals
  • Coordinate effectively between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Contribute to the customer community through partnerships and events

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager position
  • Experience within the HRIS ecosystem serving large global groups
  • B2B market experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in French, Dutch, Flemish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is a plus
  • Strong organizational and responsive communication skills
