International Income Tax Advisor/Lead Tax Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. international tax compliance for global operations, including modeling calculations for GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits
• Prepare, review, and document audit-ready workpapers and U.S. international income tax filings
• Support international components of the income tax provision under ASC 740, including controls and account analyses
• Assist with tax audits and controversy matters by organizing documentation and responding to tax authority inquiries
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to analyze the tax implications of proposed transactions, restructurings, and acquisitions
• Monitor and research the impact of enacted and proposed U.S. and international tax law changes
• Identify and implement process enhancements using digital tools and AI to improve automation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MST or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of corporate income tax experience, specifically in U.S. international tax compliance and reporting
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, etc.)
• Experience with U.S. international tax forms such as 5471, 8858, and 1118
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and modeling
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP / ASC 740

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in CorpTax and SAP
• Experience with tax technology, data tools, and process automation
• Proficiency with Power Query, Power BI, or similar digital tools
