International Inbound Voice Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Broadband, Routers, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work US shifts (night shifts)
• Proven ability to close calls independently
