About the role
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Broadband, Routers, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US shifts (night shifts)
- Proven ability to close calls independently
