About the role
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues for customers
- Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software
- Close sales calls effectively
Requirements
- 8 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
- Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical calls
- Strong convincing and sales closing skills
- Excellent communication skills
