International Inbound Tech Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Handle payment processing through various gateways to close calls

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in International Inbound/Outbound Technical Support (BPO)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Experience in closing sales and processing payments
