International HR Learning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define training budgets and related forecasts in compliance with company guidelines
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop strategic training plans
• Design and implement training programs, with a focus on mandatory compliance training
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis and result monitoring
• Monitor training activities and report on defined KPIs
• Coordinate with external providers to organize professional courses and workshops
• Promote a continuous learning culture throughout the global organization
• Maintain and update training information within company systems

Requirements

• Degree in Humanities, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, preferably within complex international organizations
• Mandatory proficiency in both English and French
• Mandatory experience using a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Oracle
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Ability to travel abroad as required by specific projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Training or Human Resources
• Professional experience working abroad
• Knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes
• Knowledge of Portuguese
